Gerald Martin Construction Management’s role is as a consultant to the NMSA during the spaceport’s construction phase. In this capacity, Gerald Martin Construction Management will not be involved in direct hiring for any construction jobs for Spaceport America.
Requests for Proposal (RFPs) will be issued on this site in the coming months. The NMSA will announce when each Spaceport America construction RFP is issued online at http://www.spaceportamerica.com/construction/rfps.html
NMSA will also announce each winning contractor on this website.

Mandatory pre-bid conferences will be held on June 23, 2009, at the Ralph Edwards Civic Center in Truth or Consequences, NM.
