Key Events for 2006

1. Lonnie Sumpter gave an update on launch readiness. He stated that White Sands Missile Range's scheduling for September is complete, and to expect a firm launch date the last week of September.
2. The Authority voted to approve the Request for Proposal for an Environmental Impact Study contractor.
3. Chairman Homans announced that an appraisal from Nancy Long was completed last week and there will be a meeting to follow including himself, the ranchers, and associated attorneys.
4. Homans stated that there have been several meetings with Virgin Galactic and drafts of the lease document are being reviewed.
